BIG RED RIB & MUSIC FESTIVAL
This four-day spring tradition in the West Valley will start on Thursday, April 24 and run through Sunday, April 27. Similar to the first three years, the Big Red Rib & Music Festival will feature live music, award winning rib masters from around the country and entertainment for the whole family.
Thursday night will feature the first ever “Arizona Cardinals Spring Tailgate” for football fans to get ready for the 2014 NFL season. Rojo Event Management has also teamed up with Sun Valley Rides to include 15 amusement rides and carnival games for kids of all ages.
Thursday, April 24 – ARIZONA CARDINALS SPRING TAILGATE Calling all Cardinals fans! The Great Lawn will be the place to get your spring football fix. Fans can take part in a live TV special, as Michael Bidwill, Steve Keim, and Bruce Arians preview the 2014 Draft and season with hosts Paul Calvisi and Ron Wolfley. In addition, there will be appearances by Cardinals players, cheerleaders and mascot Big Red.
Friday, April 25 – BEATLEMANIA LIVE! Fifty years ago one of the greatest groups of all time arrived in the United States and changed music forever. Beatlemania Live! has four complete, authentic costume changes to accompany the music from every memorable era: Ed Sullivan, Shea Stadium, Sgt. Pepper and Abbey Road. Over 35 of your favorite songs will be performed during this 2-hour show!
Saturday, April 26 – KOOL & THE GANG Kool & The Gang has sold over 70 million albums worldwide and influenced the music of three generations. Thanks to songs like Celebration, Get Down on It, Ladies Night and Jungle Boogie, they’ve earned two Grammy Awards, seven American Music Awards, 25 Top Ten R&B hits, nine Top Ten Pop hits, and 31 gold and platinum albums. Kool & The Gang has performed continuously for the past 35 years, longer than any R&B group in history.
Sunday, April 27 – ARIZONA HOMEGROWN BANDS Spend a relaxing Sunday on the Great Lawn listening to some of the best bands from here in Arizona. Whether it’s the hard rocking passion of Whiskey’s Quicker, southwestern country influence from Chad Freeman & Redline or wide-ranging musical talents and high energy performance of Second Shift, the final day of the festival will definitely close on a high note.

Event Location and Parking: The Great Lawn at Sportsman’s Park is just located to the west of University of Phoenix Stadium.
Free event parking will be available in the West (Orange) carpark.
